At LifeOS, we believe privacy is a fundamental human right. We design our products from the ground up to protect your personal information. And we're transparent about what data we collect and why.

We don't sell your data. Ever. Your conversations, memories, and personal information belong to you and only you.
Information We Collect
To provide LifeOS's features, we collect only the information necessary to make your experience work seamlessly.
Information You Provide
- Conversations. Messages and voice recordings you share with LifeOS.
- Personal Details. Your name and preferences (optional).
- Reminders and Tasks. Information about what you want to remember.
- Connected Services. If you choose to connect Gmail or other services, we access only what's necessary with your explicit permission.
Information Collected Automatically
- Usage Data. How you interact with LifeOS to improve performance.
- Device Information. Basic information about your device and operating system.
- Location Data. Only if you enable location features for context-aware assistance.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to:
- Provide and improve LifeOS features
- Learn your patterns for better predictions
- Send you reminders and notifications
- Respond to your support requests
- Protect against fraud and abuse
Your Data. Your Control.
You can view, download, or delete your data anytime in Settings. When you delete your account, we permanently erase your information within 30 days.
How We Protect Your Information
Security isn't just a feature. It's built into everything we do.
Encryption
- In Transit. All data transmitted between your device and our servers uses TLS 1.3 encryption.
- At Rest. Your data is encrypted when stored on our servers.
- End-to-End. Your conversations are encrypted so securely, not even we can read them.
AI Processing
We use Azure OpenAI Service for AI features. Microsoft does not use your data to train or improve AI models. Your conversations remain private and are processed only to provide features you request.
Information Sharing
We don't sell your personal information. Period.
We share information only when:
- You Ask Us To. When you connect services like Gmail.
- Service Providers Help Us. Trusted partners who help operate LifeOS (like Microsoft Azure) under strict data protection agreements.
- The Law Requires It. When we're legally obligated to do so.

You have control over your personal information.
Access and Download
View and download a copy of your data anytime through Settings.
Correction and Deletion
Update or delete your information whenever you want. Account deletion is permanent and takes effect within 30 days.
Control Your Experience
- Enable or disable location services
- Manage notification preferences
- Disconnect integrated services
- Control voice interaction features
International Users
LifeOS is available worldwide. We comply with privacy laws in every region we serve, including:
- GDPR (European Union)
- CCPA (California, USA)
- IT Act 2000 (India)
Your data may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We ensure appropriate safeguards are in place through standard contractual clauses and equivalent protection standards.
Children's Privacy
LifeOS is not intended for children under 13 (16 in the EU). We don't knowingly collect information from children. If we learn we've collected a child's information, we delete it immediately.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we'll notify you through the app or via email. The "Effective" date at the top shows when changes take effect.
