These Terms of Service govern your use of LifeOS ("we," "us," "our," or "the Service"). By creating an account or using LifeOS, you accept these terms.

What LifeOS Does

Creating an Account

Your recovery code is the only way to restore your account on a new device. We can't recover lost codes, so keep it safe.

Subscription and Payment

Free Trial

New users get 3 months free with full Pro features. No credit card required. The trial ends automatically after 3 months.

Pricing

After your trial:

Prices include applicable taxes and are in local currency.

Billing

Refunds

Payments are non-refundable, except as required by law. If you cancel, you keep access until your paid period ends.

How to Use LifeOS Responsibly

Important Limitations

LifeOS uses artificial intelligence, which has inherent limitations. The AI may produce incorrect or incomplete information.

Not Professional Advice

LifeOS doesn't provide:

Not for Emergencies

LifeOS is not an emergency service. In emergencies, call your local emergency number (911, 112, etc.). LifeOS cannot contact emergency services on your behalf.

Service Availability

LifeOS is provided "as is." We don't guarantee:

You're responsible for determining if LifeOS meets your needs and maintaining backups of important information.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LifeOS is not liable for:

Our total liability won't exceed the greater of $100 or amounts you paid in the past 12 months.

These limitations don't apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or where prohibited by law.

Termination

By You

Stop using LifeOS and delete your account anytime in Settings. Your data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute, contact us first at legal@lifeos.ai. We'll try to resolve it within 60 days.

If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration, except for small claims court actions or intellectual property disputes.

Class Action Waiver

You agree to bring claims only individually, not as part of a class action or representative proceeding.

General Terms

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated through the app or email. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

Governing Law
